Who we are
This website is operated by Creative Glass & Design Ltd, trading as Creative Glass. We are the data controller for the personal information described here. If you have any questions about this policy, or about how we handle your information, email us at info@creative.glass.
What the enquiry form collects
When you send us a brief through the contact form we collect your name, your email address, your phone number if you choose to give it, the type of project, the project location if you choose to give it, your message, and your consent to be contacted. We also record the date of the enquiry and your browser details, which help us spot spam submissions.
We use this information for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to quote for and carry out the work. We do not use it for marketing lists and we do not sell it.
Our lawful basis
We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the enquiry form, and on our legitimate interest in replying to people who ask us to quote for glazing work. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries until the enquiry is resolved, and after that for a reasonable period as part of our normal business records, for example so we can look back at a quotation or an installation we carried out. When information is no longer needed for either purpose, we delete it.
Who we share it with
Nobody, other than the provider that hosts this website and stores enquiries for us on our behalf. They process the information only on our instructions. We do not share your details with third parties for their own purposes.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected if it is wrong, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, to withdraw consent, and to ask us to transfer it to you or another provider where that applies. Email info@creative.glass and we will deal with your request.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk. We would ask you to raise it with us first so we have the chance to put things right.
Cookies
By default this website stores only what is needed to remember your cookie choice. Analytics are used only if you allow them. Our cookie policy explains this in full.
